I do not require your serial number, just model number please. Turn the earpad gently in a clockwise fashion to remove it - the serial and model number should then be revealed. Stopping the blinking for 2min let it charge enough to start working again. I suspected a power issue as well as the headset was left directly under the air stream of my A/C all night which probably over-discharged the battery.
